Cosy hotel rooms. I think there are 2 rooms for 2 persons and 1 room for 4 persons. We had the large one and it was very nice, clean and nice ambiance. We had a great time! The owner was very kind and helpful.

Shameful!!! We booked for Christmas on December 25th, arrived at 10 am as agreed and paid the owner... we entered the code, it didn't work. We came back around 4 pm, same problem again... We contacted the owner, who told me he wasn't in Belgium and couldn't do anything. He called the cleaning lady, she came and entered the code as usual, but WRONG. She couldn't get in with the code given either. The owner even dared to say it was our fault that the code no longer worked because we tried too many times and messed everything up... Sorry for entering the code 30 times. The owner informed us that he couldn't do anything and gave us a refund?? But here we are on Christmas Day, December 25th, homeless. Without a roof over our heads for the night. Beware of this big scammer who takes advantage of people and doesn't care about the situation they leave them in. Don't trust him...

The room is neat and clean, but very basic. No air conditioning, TV, glass, cup, or soap to be found. The description of the room borders on deception and rip-offs. The reservation text mentions the price of the room per night, without breakfast. Quite normal, you would say. But then, tucked away under another tab with the heading: IMPORTANT INFORMATION, somewhere after the explanation about not being allowed to hold parties, it states that bedding and towels are not included in the price. You have to pay an extra 10 euros for this on arrival. I only saw this after receiving the confirmation email. Yes, you could say, you could have read this. But the way this sentence is hidden borders on deliberate intent. Bringing your own bedding is very common when renting a holiday home for, say, a week, but not when booking a room for a single overnight stay while passing through. On top of that, the price at the accommodation itself and in the confirmation email has been secretly increased by 50%. Suddenly, €15 is being charged for the bedding. This is pure rip-off. You are supposed to put it on the bed yourself, and then you are asked to remove it again before departure! Naturally, I did not pay this extra 50%. And yes, there is a kettle in the room, but there isn't a single cup or glass to be found. Who goes on a trip for a day or a weekend with their own crockery, bedding, and linens packed in their suitcase? No, this room is being offered in a deceptive way. It seems to want to create the illusion that it belongs in a cheaper category, only for you to suddenly be confronted with extra costs after booking.
