The landlady lived in the apartment with us, monitored our every move, and constantly told us what we were doing wrong. She forbade us from leaving the door open, saying it was disturbing other residents, while she herself was constantly talking loudly on the phone and wouldn't close the door. I've attached a video. She filed a complaint against us on Booking.com because we thought we'd rented an apartment, not a room. Nowhere on Booking.com did it indicate that we'd be renting a room in a three-bedroom apartment with the landlady. As it turned out, the room was terribly hot. There was a fan, but it didn't really help. It was very difficult to sleep. The apartment lock was terrible; it was very difficult to open, and sometimes it took a few tries. After she filed a complaint against us for allegedly disturbing other residents, even though there was no one else in the other room and we'd been on a tour all day, we approached her for an explanation, but she kicked us out, shoved us out, and made "shoo" gestures with her hands, saying she didn't understand English. She pointed to the room, "Here's your door, sit there." It turned out you couldn't eat dinner in the apartment, nor could you cook. It turns out you could only do that in the mornings, a rule we weren't aware of. Breakfast was also only allowed from 8:30 to 11:30. A terrible experience, I don't recommend living in this apartment. And all this for 100 euros per room. And if you accidentally forgot something in the bathroom, the landlady will come and throw it at you.
