IS FAKE!! Very bad. Lack of respect and professionalism. I booked a room the day before my arrival, and when I arrived at the agreed time, first of all, they had the door locked, and despite calling the landline and mobile number they advertise, I had to wait 30 minutes because the German woman who works mornings went shopping. Furthermore, the room wasn't ready, there was no professional or polite service, no one in charge was present, and the German woman who answered said she wasn't the owner and that she didn't have complaint forms. I have clearly called the Civil Guard to file a complaint.

I've never been to a place so unclean... The smell of dog urine is unbearable, the shampoos they offer have been out of date since 2016... please have a competent authority inspect the place...
