Gill and Dave are so very welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their guest house is like themselves, bright, sunny and very cheerful. They are both very knowledgeable on the surrounding area and will do their utmost to answer any questions you may have. Without a doubt the best guest house we've stayed in. The food is amazing too. We discovered that other guests that were there had returned there for a number of years. Highly recommend this lovely guest house. Enjoy.

Dave & Gill are so warm and friendly they will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Great breakfast, best around and lots to eat. well placed for sea views, beach is 2min walk. We came by chance and were treated like old friends. Gill and Dave are warm and welcoming. The property (built 1881 I think Gill said) is simply superb. Well furnished, full of interesting bits and pieces, a lot of it local but not cluttered. Though it may be a business, it is Gill and Daves home. It is well kept and tastefully decorated. Our room, no.3, is spacious even with the very comfortable king sized bed and comes complete with two comfortable leather chairs that can be positioned by the window, with ease I must say, to allow prolonged viewing of the wonderful panarama. There is enough storage to satisfy a good sized family. The bathroom is also roomy with a good sized shower cubicle and completed with a soft close loo seat. There are plenty of towels on hand should you need them. The usual things are included, decent hair dryer, Freeview TV, tea, coffee and chocolate making facilities, with the latter being replenished daily or help yourself from the stock in the breakfast room. Fresh milk is also provided and available from the fridge. The breakfast, what a way to start the day. There is a great choice of fresh fruit, cereal and fruit juices. The full English is exceptional. Well presented and cooked to perfection. A good selection of jams, marmalades and honey in generously sized glass pots are available to spread on the oh so just right toast and real butter. Would I stop here again. He'll yes again and again. Marvellous accomodating couple with a beautifully house. Thank you from us both
