Soggiorno Alpino

I'm giving it one star because zero is not allowed. We enter the room, inspect it, and go to the bathroom. Nightmare. The toilet was covered in feces, the toilet seat was extremely dirty and full of bacteria, there was no carpet in the bathroom, the shower was leaking red/brown water, the trash can was broken, and the worst part was the lack of toilet paper! Then I sat on the bed, and a slat fell off. Just by sitting down. The pillows were dirty, with red and brown stains there too. Every now and then during the night, a noise would start, but I don't even know what it was (maybe the radiator, air conditioner, or something similar). That's why I couldn't sleep. I fell asleep around 4:00 AM. To make matters worse, one blanket had a hole in it. I was with a friend of mine, and in the morning, the bed was RUBBED. I accept the fact that there are no sheets or towels because it's not a "hotel." I'm speechless.

Ideal for oratory groups, with breakfast and dinner managed by the hotel. Breakfast includes milk, coffee, tea, and pastries, cereals, juices, yogurt, fruit, jams, and biscuits, but no savory options. Dinner is minimal, with a pasta starter, meat, and a cooked side dish, followed by a second course (no fresh vegetables), and dessert or fruit. Wine and coffee are available at the bar. The rooms are large and spacious, ranging from singles to 5/6 beds. During our stay with the oratory the first week of January, some rooms had heating issues; fortunately, the hotel wasn't fully booked, and other rooms were provided. The lounge, used for evenings spent together and for celebrating Mass, consistently had heating issues. Overall, an acceptable stay for groups. 4 stars to encourage the hotel to improve in the future.

Welcoming facility, friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful scenery, relaxation, and harmony will accompany your stay. An ideal location for parishes, sports retreats, etc.
