Neuhaus Zillertal Resort

This was our second experience in this place. Warm cozy family apartments with full kitchen. Stuff was so kind. Lady of the owner’s family was so helpful, kind and compassionate in our complicated situation with seeking doctor or hospitalization. Food was great, delicious and so healthy. My kids love it. Swimming pool and spa in “adult section” is wonderful. Kids adore waterpark.

Very nice place for a stay! You have everything you need in the hotel: nice restaurant, ski room and great SPA area both for kids and adults. We were staying at freshly built part of the hotel and family room is absolutely perfect for a family with 2 kids. Thank you

Our short vacation at Neuhaus Zillertal Resort turned out to be a true delight. We returned home with only positive emotions and wonderful memories. We were especially grateful to be accommodated in such a spacious and comfortable room — a special thank you for that, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was excellent; both dinner and breakfast were truly outstanding and clearly prepared with great care and attention to quality. The spa area deserves special praise: the children’s spa zone is beautifully designed and perfect for families, while the adults-only spa area is simply exceptional — it is hard to find words to describe how relaxing and well thought out it is. The location of the hotel is also ideal: just two minutes from the bus stop and the railway station, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. We would also like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff — everyone was attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A small but very important detail for us was the possibility to rent a baby stroller at the hotel — this was an absolute highlight and made our stay with children much more comfortable. We would be very happy to return and will gladly recommend your hotel to others.
