⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful 5-star hotel in Pulverer, Bad Kleinkirchheim. The deluxe room was spacious and very clean. For me personally, the mattress was a bit hard, but everything else was excellent. The outdoor infinity pool with a stunning mountain view is absolutely amazing and was my favorite part of the stay. The spa area is great, with plenty of saunas to choose from. Service in the restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious and made with ingredients from local farms, and there is a very good selection of local wines. Ski equipment storage is convenient with a locker near the hotel. Open parking in front of the hotel is spacious and easy. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay with great service and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended.

We’re British travellers and have just had a fantastic week skiing at the Pulverer Hotel. The room was big, spacious, clean and warm, the pools were fantastic and our young children loved being able to go to the outside colder pools and then into the thermal pools. The restaurant catered wonderfully to our dietary needs and allergies and came up with some creative vegan dishes. Location wise, it was fantastic for us, the bus stop is located right outside and this takes you to each of the main ski areas. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the quality of the service. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a friendlier hotel with a more welcoming team. Michaela on reception went out of her way to try and help us go on a sledging trip including phoning round and emailing me with tips. The. Restaurants staff were incredible, always smiling and chatty. Our children have already asked when they can go back again!

Overall, Hotel Pulverer is a very good hotel with a great location. The thermal spa is a real highlight, especially the large and pleasant outdoor pool. However, the decor feels quite dated and some facilities are clearly aging. While the pool facilities are very enjoyable, both the outdoor and indoor tiled areas were extremely slippery. The outdoor floor tiles were not salted. The sauna program is a nice idea, but the experience was often disrupted by advertisements due to the music not being downloaded or ad-free. The afternoon snack after skiing is a great and welcome idea. However, it was disappointing that no coffee or tea was included, especially since tea is available in the pool and sauna area. The rooms feel dated and are missing some practical features: no shutters, disappointing bedding quality, a non-frosted glass wall between bathroom and living area (problematic for a family room), and a lack of hooks or sufficient wardrobe space for ski equipment. Ski lockers are also not included per room and must be booked separately. The staff was friendly but clearly overworked, with the same servers present morning and evening throughout the entire week, which may affect service quality.
