The Buck Inn

We had a lovely stay and some drink at this local gem. The staff, the drinks, the stay and the food were all of top quality and enjoyable. This conveniently located pub offer a great selection of draught beers and large number of quality spirits too. The ambience and staff were great too! We also stayed for 1 night in their accommodation. The rooms were extremely well placed, very clean with a high standard of furnishings. The mattress and even the duvet were of top quality and comfortable. The breakfast at the place was so enjoyable that I could not stop admiring the effort that was put into it. The options available and presentation of food was comparable to any high end hotel in the country. Really enjoyed the couple of days spent in the area, mainly thanks to this venue. The staff were really friendly and pleasant to have a conversation with.

A lovely night's stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean (some have commented that they could do with a face lift which I believe is on the cards). The food is very good, as is the service from the friendly staff. The location is perfect. Excellent breakfast at the sister pub, The Lister Arms. Would definitely visit again.

Stopped at The Buck Inn near Malham Cove after a long and tiring hike, and it turned out to be the perfect place to unwind. I ordered the mulled cider, chicken kebab with pitta bread, and chips — everything was served in generous portions and the quality was honestly superb. The mulled cider was warm and comforting, exactly what I needed after the trek. The chicken kebab was tender, flavourful, and paired perfectly with the fresh pitta. Chips were crisp and satisfying. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing — great atmosphere and a lovely way to end the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Malham Cove!
