We had a great experience in the hotel, some issues with the parking but they fixed pretty quick. And the staff super friendly

After waiting half an hour and counting with my luggage to get into the hotel, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON ON A WEEK DAY, I can safely say never again. This place has been going downhill in many respects, probably because demand in the region is so high, but this is surreal.

I can't say enough good things about Base. From the minute I arrived, the experience has been superb. From the cleanliness of the room to the friendly faces at reception, my month at Base was excellent. I was worried that such a long stay in a hotel room would get tedious but the room is so well set up and equipped, I immediately felt at home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need so that you don't need to eat out at every meal. The staff is super attentive and accommodating. The hotel is dog-friendly which is a major benefit, considering I was there with my dog. I have really felt at home there, and was actually a bit sad to leave this morning! I'll definitely recommend Base to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nyon. Thank you all so much for making my and Alfie's stay here so enjoyable.
