Hostess was great, very friendly. Room was clean, but the bed was rock hard. No food option close by, so had to order pizza delivery.

Most of the staff were lovely.(particularly the night staff, very polite and helpful) But the man serving breakfast was horrible to my mother, father and I. I came down first and he started talking inpatiently at me for entering the room where breakfast was being served, I told him my room number and showed my keycard but he then dismissively said that he did not speak English and rudely pointed that I should leave. The reciptionist confirmed to me that it was fine for me to have breakfast. so i went back in and he didn't say anything. Then my parents came down and he did the exact same thing except more aggressively. We also spoke to another guest soon after who had the same experience with this man. He gave no effort to help, was rude and so agressive for no reason. He seemed to act this way only towards non-spanish speaking guests. All other staff were lovely and the place was fine but this man completely rude and nasty. I have never had such a negative experience trying to get breakfast at a hotel considering the price.

Overpriced. No sense of hospitality even thought it hardly had any guests. Bad food and undrinkable wine included in the meny. Avoid.
