Feels like home! My family and I stayed with Mrs. Mary as we were planning to spend a few days in Rome. The property offers all the necessary amenities: super soft towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board; a well-stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, tea bags, chamomile tea, various herbal teas, and coffee...basically everything we have at home. A big plus is the private parking. The air conditioning is a plus. The property is located about 1.5 km from the train station, making it well-connected. Added to all this is Mrs. Mary's kindness, which made us feel right at home!

It can be reached from Rome and the airports in just a few minutes. The apartment is tastefully and simply furnished, clean, and offers every comfort. Independent heating and air conditioning are included. Private parking is available. Maria's kindness and helpfulness will make everyone feel at ease. It's worth a stay, even a short one, to visit Rome, Monterotondo, and the surrounding area. Reservations are recommended.

Wonderful! Delightful property. The first advantage is the on-site parking, so you don't have to waste time looking for one outside. The apartment was spotless, still smelling of detergent. The kitchen was beautiful and equipped with every comfort, while the dining room and TV room were a single space with a spacious sofa. The bathroom was welcoming, clean, and smelled great; the shower was large with boiling water and was stocked with shampoo and shower gel for every need. A wide variety of soaps were available. The double bedroom was large and bright, with quality sheets. There was also a washing machine and a very powerful hairdryer. The price?? Truly EXCELLENT. We will always stay here from now on, whenever we return to Rome. It's definitely quieter than the city. If you love animals, there's an enclosure with geese and chickens; you can also enjoy the outdoor space to spend your evenings immersed in the surrounding greenery. Highly recommended.
