SNÖ Hotel Formigal

A bit dated and in lack of some maintenance. Shower didn’t work properly, water in the mini fridge was not replaced except for the first day. Rooms are spacious and terraces are great. But bed and furniture are simple and old. Cleanliness is average. Breakfast is ok but not more than that. Ski lockers are good and the permanent transport to slopes is very good. The one time best hotel in Formigal is no longer. But it still is very attractive facing the price.

The bedroom was big and the views were stunning. The breakfast was quite complete. What I liked the most was the customer service. I came with my parents and we felt very welcome. The staff were really helpful and professional. I usually travel for work, and I really appreciate when the staff treat customers well. Big kudos to an employee with a tattoo on his left arm (I think his name was Arturo); he provided excellent customer service with his kindness and professionalism. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

We found this to be a great family hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, serviced every day and meticulously clean. Restaurant was excellent, great choice and very good value. Mini bus too and from the ski lifts, boot and ski room - all very good
