Albergo Hotel Edelweiss - Macugnaga

What a bad experience! The lady that manages the place is angry and hostile, it seems she doesn’t want to receive any guests. But, even worst is that i forgot something (with a huge value for me) and when we called not only she didn’t want to help us but she was mean and unhelpful. I couldn’t recover my belongings. Terrible ! And unbelievable! Not recommended!

We stayed at the Edelweiss and, despite the negative reviews, we were very satisfied. It's a typical family-run mountain hotel where Mrs. Ines welcomes you with a smile. The room was small but clean and perfect for two. The bed was really comfortable. The food they prepared was delicious. What can I say? Everything was perfect, including the price. We will return to Macugnaga and will definitely return to the Edelweiss.
