Hôtel Les Campanules by Les Etincelles

Absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Les Campanules by Les Etincelles — it was a perfect mountain getaway from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and wonderfully cozy, exactly what you want after a long day on the slopes. The shared spaces throughout the hotel truly stood out: beautifully decorated, warm, and very spacious, with a lovely alpine charm that made us want to linger and relax. The food was excellent across the board — thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and a real highlight of the stay. The spa experience was outstanding. The services were incredibly relaxing, and the spa amenities were very well maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to fully unwind. Skiers will especially appreciate the ski lockers, which were both very convenient and impressively clean. What really elevated our experience, though, was the front desk team. They went above and beyond to help us resolve a delayed ski baggage issue and were incredibly helpful with organizing rentals, ski passes, and even ski clothing. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation completely manageable. All in all, Hôtel Les Campanules combines comfort, style, excellent food, top-notch wellness facilities, and truly exceptional service. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable ski holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A really lovely hotel. Amazing location with spectacular views of the slopes. Friendly staff and a really nice evening meal. Spa was also superb. The rooms let down the otherwise 4* facility. We were promised two rooms in our suit with full single beds for our two teenage children. The second room turned out to be the lounge with bed setees. Not at all what we had been promised. It was extremely cosy. But we did nevertheless have a great week!!

Practical and comfortable room. Great food, interesting but not too pretentious. Great staff, professional and very friendly. Very good ski/boot room.
