Thorpe Hall

We had a wonderful stay at Thorpe Hall in June 2023. Our top floor room was spacious and comfortable. But the biggest wow-factor must be the garden and the entire estate itself. A unique opportunity to stay in such a beautiful property. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful. And we loved taking the path through the garden, across the fields to Robin Hood’s Bay. Would highly recommend!

Everything about this place was fantastic. We stayed here for our wedding recently and right from the start I knew it would be a great place. We hired the whole accommodation and the owner was fabulous to speak to, she was through and kind, no query was too great. When we arrived the staff were so welcoming and friendly, no problem was too great- they made the most amazing weekend our our lives extra special. The rooms are all a beautiful size with great facilities, the building is super quirky but well maintained for a building of its age and size but this place really comes in to its own when you consider the gardens- they are simply stunnning. You need to stay here, end of.

This b and b is so cute and the rooms are amazing. They are quite spacious bit with a historic feel. The garden outside is huge with lots of space to run around with the dogs. There is a lovely walk to the beach through the garden and then the woods and fields. O would definately recommend!
