The rooms were a good size, clean and well furnished. We had a minor issue with a shower, but our room was switched straight away, they even moved our luggage for us while we went out. While not in the city centre, the accommodation had a bus stop very close by and we were in the city within minutes. The walk was about 40 minutes and quite pleasant. Great service and value for money, especially with parking in front of accommodation.

Please, stay somewhere else even if it costs a bit more. This is not worth your money. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the website states that rooms have cable TV and mine did not. Also, the "Jolly restaurant" they mention on the site was never open. Finally, there is no mention of a "tourist tax" on the website or in registration emails. In the room, there's a piece of paper that says (only in Italian) there is a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day. I'm supposed to take that on faith? Absolutely not. That's dishonest and a poor way to treat customers.

We were very disappointed with our stay as the hotel did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic with visible mold, which made our experience uncomfortable. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and the furniture was old and worn. The overall condition of the hotel looks nothing like it does in the photos, which feels misleading. We won’t be returning.
