Gulls Nest Holiday Cottage in Mousehole

We visited Gulls Nest Cottage on our sons recommendation. We found it to be very well maintained and furnished to a high standard.It is situated 50yards from the harbour, where a regular bus goes towards Penzance. Where you can stop off at Newlyn a charming fishing harbour with wonderful sea food restaurants. Mousehole has good restaurants, nice pubs and cafes. It is a nice place to look around. Gulls Nest and Mousehole are certainly worth a visit.

We have stayed at Gulls nest a few times now. It is such lovely cottage to stay in. Superbly maintained, cosy property, beautifully decorated that is immaculately clean. The cottage is so well equipped, it is like a home from home. The beds are super comfy and the cottage benefits from so many thoughtful touches throughout, that are credit to the owner. It’s central location in Mousehole means that the bars, shops and restaurants are only a few steps away. If you want to venture further afield there are so many of Cornwalls great attractions within easy reach. In short if you want to rent a cottage in Mousehole look no further this is the best by miles.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Gulls Nest over August Bank Holiday and absolutely loved it. It's a quaint cottage, beautifully decorated to a contemporary standard and equipped with all the amenities you would require. Perfectly located in the fishing village called Mousehole, you can enjoy walks, bike rides in and around the surrounding areas and the local independents. Also a short distance to the local train station it really is a find. I cannot wait to return in the Winter to make good use of the Aga and log burner.
