My review begins with this statement because the property is located practically at the beginning of Poggio Bustone, fifteen minutes from Rieti, an excellent base for those wishing to undertake the Way of St. Francis (St. Francis of Assisi) or experience the thrill of flight. The property is located at the foot of the village and immersed in the countryside, with ample outdoor space. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Guests can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner on site upon request, where the attentive staff will accommodate their every need. I recommend it for couples (even with one child) who value substance rather than superfluous showmanship.

Excellent accommodations, both in terms of beauty and the quality of the food. Clean, comfortable rooms and a splendid terrace with a panoramic view. A large oak tree in the garden provides shade and a quiet place to rest or meditate. The staff and owner are friendly and welcoming! I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Rieti's traditions.
