Locates in 5 minutes of walk near the cathedral, awesome owner that escorts you through the city and helps you find the perfect spot for parking. Rooms maybe not well lit, but big enough and with more than efficient a/c. Big bathroom but it's now well heated. There is free WiFi, and a silent mini bar. For the included breakfast fast you have to walk 10 minutes, to the owner's bar. Perfect spot if you have (like me) to attend a wedding by the cathedral.
