I lived in this residence for almost a year (September 2019 and August 2020). No complaints, the apartment was nice and quite spacious considering the price. Furthermore, the residence is located in a quiet area, no complaints there either. It might be a little far from the city center, but it's close to supermarkets, the university institute of technology (IUT), and the industrial park.
