The Beeches

Had a couple of nights here mid August. We had the downstairs room 5, it was nice and clean but a bit small. The room is at the front of the house and close to a main junction so you can't really open the window due to the traffic noise, the plumbing in the house is very loud and if you flush the toilet you can't hear the TV. Breakfast was good. There is parking for all the rooms although it's a bit tight if you have a large car. Nice easy walk into Keswick on the old train track, it's solid mid quality b&b

This is a gorgeous B&B, I find myself wishing it was my house. The family who run it are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and the breakfast is delicious. We've been twice now and would go back again, we're already planning our next trip to Keswick. A wonderful 3 nights stay, highly recommend.

We recently had a fantastic weekend away in Keswick, including three nights at The Beeches. The room was perfect, as was the cooked breakfast, the hosts ensured our every requirement was met. The shower was powerful, bed supremely comfortable and plenty of parking on the driveway. Very easy to find and only a short 10 minute walk into Keswick town centre. A massive thank you to the hosts and we will hopefully see you again in future! Highly recommended.
