What can I say? Had we read the reviews, we wouldn't have even stopped. Instead, we too have stumbled upon a whirlwind of dishonesty. I should start by saying that Mr. Fabio, the owner, told me that if I left a negative review, he would report me. The facts: it's early November 2022, we come in to ask for a piece of old wood we needed to make a plaque, then we ask if they make tables, and the answer is absolutely yes. He shows us a photo, we like it, we ask the price, and even though it's a bit expensive, we order it with a €500 deposit—oh well! Delivery expected in a month, by December 8th. After several phone calls, the answer has always been: "We're doing some major and demanding work, fine, you knew that when we placed the order." By chance, at the end of December, we see Fabio in the area, stop him, and ask: "Excuse me, but we're very busy, I'll deliver the table after Epiphany." They arrived to deliver the table, and we immediately noticed something was wrong, starting with the color being different from the table in the photo. The locking pin is the hook of a rubber piece turned to hold the table in place; they had installed the locking hook incorrectly. The table stayed in the house, and they left. We immediately noticed that the wood appeared to be reclaimed, if not scrap, full of knots, holes, and other debris. Even the dimensions were wrong; it was smaller. After a couple of weeks, I went to them to complain. Long story short, after several phone calls, emails, and on-site visits, the replacement was made in early July. It took seven months to return it. Not to mention that I had ordered a tabletop, and after 15 days it warped. The first time they blamed the pellet stove, the second time because I had painted it with flatting, and the third time because of humidity. The dimensions for this piece were also wrong, luckily they had issued a receipt with the dimensions. Unfortunately, we learned too late that they were unreliable.

A truly lovely carpentry workshop, a very kind owner, and high-quality products. I was truly surprised. I purchased a custom-made outdoor table with the details I wanted; it's truly beautiful, a work of art. I think compliments are deserved, as they are truly deserved in this case. I recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a unique item.

NEGATIVE!!! Don't buy. I happened to be passing by one day and chose a piece of kitchen furniture. I paid in cash and without a receipt. I left it for repainting, saying they would take care of getting it to my house. I never saw or heard from them again. I had to hire a lawyer to get the furniture back, which was never repainted. DO NOT BUY. THEY'RE POCKETING THE MONEY AND BEST OF ALL
