Great value overall. This town is very busy with pilgrims, and it’s not easy to find suitable accommodation or an albergue. This pension seemed to be a renovated four-bedroom unit turned into a guesthouse. The walls are very thin—you can hear talking and even bathroom noise from the next room.

Beautiful room, shared bathroom. Facilities very nice, clean well kept. Small kitchen with coffee!

I finished the Camino two days ago and stayed at Pensiones Peregrina 5 in O Pedrouzo. Unfortunately, it was AWFUL. It's an apartment with rooms, everything is very old, the mattress sagged in the middle and I didn't sleep a wink all night. The room was freezing; I had to call them to turn on the heating. There was no hot water and I had to shower with cold water. I had to call a plumber, but it was too late. There was no check-in of any kind, the €55 payment was in cash and without a receipt. I was stunned. Since Pedrouzo is just one street, any hostel or guesthouse is easily accessible. I'm sorry, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. By the way, the photo they have on their WhatsApp profile is NOTHING like what you actually find.
