Maison du Lac Boutique Hôtel

Probably the best accommodation in Nyon. Excellent location, by the lake, incredible view and short walk up (7-8 minutes) to the Castle/city centre (there is also an elevator through the closed parking accross the hotel). Good selection of restaurants and bars very near by. Excellent and friendly staff and service. The room is not large but sufficient, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is good and sufficient (wonderful breads, very good coffee), scrambled egg, bacons (could be spiced up a bit) and cheese/cold meat selections. Very Swiss, everything is sufficent, good and works (pure efficency, no luxury except the Bruket hand soap :) )

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Maison du Lac. It’s a very comfortable modern hotel in a beautiful and convenient location close to public transportation and walking distance to attractions, restaurants, the lake. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.It was such a great experience.

The location was great, the restaurants, shops, walking areas were 2-5 min walk, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room, which was a bit small, but the view from my window made up for it. The breakfast was okay. Please see the picture of the view attached.
