Nice hotel. Some things can be updated but during my stay everything worked well. 24 hours reception and super kind and heplfull staff is very appreciated. Storing bags after check out no problem, also there was even a place for storing my bycicle. Value for money is exceptional and location is perfect.

Good value for that money. Inside room was not so quiet so you should use ear plugs to sleep comfortably. Room was super cold but mattress was good but little bit too soft. Perfect place because everything is super close. Personal was friendly and helpful and internet was perfect. :) enjoy your stay.

Let me tell you about my stay at the Hotel Virgen de los Reyes in Ronda—where the hospitality is warm, and the quirks are plentiful! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was as cheerful as a sunbeam. However, when I discovered that the air conditioning in our room sounded like a herd of stampeding elephants, I decided to speak up. To her credit, she kindly offered us another room, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you find someone willing to rescue you from a noisy air conditioning unit! Now, about that new room. It was a bit of a mixed bag. For starters, there were absolutely no hooks. I was left to wonder where on earth I was supposed to hang my things. I felt like I was playing a game of “where do I put my stuff?” It was a true test of creativity. Also missing were the basics—a kettle and cups. I was ready for my morning tea like a champ, only to find myself staring at a sad, empty countertop. I considered making a trip to the nearest café just for a cuppa, which felt like an extreme sport at that hour. And then there was the shower. Oh, the shower. It had a broken head that decided to alternate every 10 seconds between hot and cold. It felt like I was experiencing a rapid mood swing every time I tried to rinse off. One moment I was basking in a nice warm shower, and the next I was gasping as icy water hit me like a surprise wake-up call. I’m still not sure if I left the shower feeling refreshed or simply bewildered! Despite all these quirks, I have to say the staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped balance out the comedic elements of our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like a sitcom with a few too many plot twists, Hotel Virgen de los Reyes might just be the place for you. Just be ready to embrace the chaos and have a good laugh along the way!
