Quite a nice place, the location is quite good, very close, about 7,8 mins walking distance to the Billa super market, cable car station and a BP gas station. Everything had reached my expectation, except for one thing, which I couldn't accept completely, they have cockroaches in their restaurant, climbing on the table, the curtain, the tea pot.

A fantastic place to stay. Very nice cosy rooms, clean and with a great view of the valley and mountains. Very friendley staff and nice breakfast. close to all the attractions in the Stubai.
