the bed is that of a 2star hotel. hard.. used.. old. the pillows are EXTREMELY flat and not fluffly. If you are a stomach or back sleeper but if you are a side sleeper your neck will hurt. i had multiple dead arms though the night. .maybe its because im swiss but this is not a 4star for me. dissapointed.

Everything was perfect, but coffee too strong and dark, even lots of milk didnt help :D
