Il Casale Normanno

We had a fantastic stay The hotel was very clean (rooms cleaned daily) and the pool area was lovely to relax in. The employees work very hard, with us staying 11 days and the same staff working all 11 of those! They were very friendly and helpful The hotel is situated a little out of town, but still a 10-15 min walk from many lovely restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, had heating and air con, a lovely large shower in the bathroom and the bed was comfortable so five star there. Breakfast was beautifully presented daily with options given to you each night before (pastry, bread, coffee, juice, cereal) It is 5 star definately, my only areas for potential improvement are: I wish there were some savory options at breakfast, I know not classically Italian but on a long stay like we had a bit more veriety would have been nice. The kitchen was missing a sharp knife and only had the very basics for cooking so you are a bit limited by what you can cook, but you are near many reasonable restaurants so this wasn't an issue.

Francesca the main receptionist looked after so well from booking our room , picked us from the airport and looked after so well. She was very friendly and charming lady. Room was exceptionally clean and deco to a good taste. All Other staff at the venue were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend any one to stay at Casale if you happen to visit Brindisi area *****

One of my best experiences in any Airbnb i’ve been before. Very friendly and warm, recommend :)
