Stonefield House

Fantastic place, a home away from home! Very comfortable, had everything you needed. The host was lovely and so friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was great, 8-10 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend!!

Our recent stay at Stonefield House was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hostess, who proved to be one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting during our travels. The accommodation itself was incredibly cozy, providing a level of comfort that exceeded our expectations. The ambiance of Stonefield House is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. The room was fully equipped with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. It was the perfect start of the day and reflected the high standard of care and quality that defines Stonefield House. We highly recommend Stonefield House to anyone visiting the Isle of Skye. It is a true gem, and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed one night in this lovely little BnB and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We had a nightmare day of traveling and the hostess was understanding of us being a bit late, even giving us short rides to the center of town and the bus station even though it’s a fairly short walk into Portree. The room was very nice—well decorated, and amenities were great. Breakfast was both continental with plenty of traditional Scottish options as well as fresh fruit, yogurt and other options. Highly recommend!
