Hotel und Restaurant Klostermeisterhaus

Pretty ordinary food, with a very nice view. Nothing to rave about sadly, I wouldn’t recommend based on the dishes we had. Salad had mostly tinned veg. Red Thai dish was mostly rice. Burger was very average. Nice lady who served us to their credit & accommodating for our family with 2 young kids.

We were quite shocked by the dishonesty of the owner Katharina Knoester. Although we had to cancel our stay less than 3 hours 30 minutes after booking online due to our baby's illness, the owner cashed in all the money we had paid and refused to refund any of the nights - in total contradiction to what the staff had assured us on the phone beforehand : that given the very short time between booking and cancellation, there would be no problem with a refund. We understand that cancelations can harm small businesses. But in that case it was very clear that the hotel didn't loose any other potential customer and that the owner acted not out of justice but out of greed.

Best food and restaurant ever!! If you're searching for a nice place to rest your head, look no further as this newly renovated boutique hotel has the absolute best amenities in town. And the food... amazing!!! The ingredients are always fresh, and the selection unparalleled. If you are so lucky to visit this establishment, count yourself amongst the few and most lucky.
