Nice location with a superb view

An absolute disaster – stay away! This guesthouse is in a completely dilapidated state. From the moment you arrive, you realize that nobody cares about anything. The fire pit is broken, the mini-golf course is unusable, the "red court" is unusable, and the ping-pong table is completely bent. The toilets only have partial lighting, and many lamps are broken. The kitchen is simply unacceptable: the deep fryers, stove, and other appliances are old, filthy, and look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There's dirt everywhere – even used motor oil! It's a hygiene nightmare. Everything is in need of renovation, neglected, and makes an extremely poor impression. Anyone planning a vacation here is guaranteed to be disappointed. I strongly advise against visiting this place!

Absolute dump The rooms were filthy upon arrival, and no one had bothered to check the closets. Some rooms even had rotten candy and socks in them. The kitchen is completely dilapidated and desperately needs renovation. Old oil and grime in the containers are included in the price. :) The campfire area has a huge hole in the roof, so it's unusable. The mini-golf course is utter garbage. The clubs are so old, Konrad Adenauer probably played with them. The lights in the restrooms were broken. Anyone wanting to play basketball should expect to find only half a basket. But at least the lawn is mowed. The red court is okay. If you send the health department here, they'll shut everything down. Not recommended, -10/10 for everything.
