The location is absolutely perfect – next to the ski slopes and ideal for a relaxing stay. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (with toddlers aswell), making it comfortable from the moment you arrive. The service, attentiveness, and the food truly deserve five stars. The reception staff and the waiters were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable even with a small child – which made a huge difference for us. Special mention goes to the gluten-free and dairy-free options: they were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We, a family of four (our kids are in their late teens) have spent a fantastic week @ the hotel. It all worked out really well, the venue, the facilities, the polite helpfulness of the staff, the marvellous cuisine and yes, even the weather! We really loved it and it was a true recharging holiday and probably the beginning of a new adventure into winter sports. If we may add a few considerations: the heating was really at its strongest, with radiators set to the minimum suggested (2 on a manual dial) AND windows open all night (-18 Celsius in the morning), we managed to cool down to 21 Celsius in the rooms in the morning, which is on the borderline of sleep-ability. A little less heating would be literally much more comfortable. The other is on the occasional buffet menus: should vegetarian options be placed separately, no matter what food or course, it would be far more intuitive and would suggest more confidence in your dietary choices.

Luxury that doesn’t shout from the outside, where every wish is fulfilled without a word and where every possible delight is available.
