Great location. Very pleasant owner who could not do enough for you. Lodges are absolutely perfect. Hot tubs great. A very well cared for selection of lodges and first class owner make this a fantastic base for a week or more holiday. You will not be disappointed staying here. Access to Tarka Trail for cyclists is from your doorstep. Beaches within 5 minute drive. Loads of local pubs and restaurants to choose from. Instow is unspoilt, not commercialised at all. Sunsets are beautiful from Instow beach!!

Stayed at Orchard Lodges at the Farm and cannot recommend it highly enough. Beautiful natural location, spotless luxury lodges, and friendly helpful owners. A wonderful escape.

Lovely place. Great to be to just walk along the Tarka trail without having to get in a car. Hot tub was awesome after the long walks.
