Rooms were correct, some of the sheets had stains, one bathroom for 6 people is not enough, you have to keep asking for toilet paper at the front desk. Food for breakfast was great, the dinner was hit or miss (but mostly miss), it was always cold and since we all got sick, I would say hygiene is not the best. Will not return, it was nice not to cook, but not worth the price!

The staff were great. The food was good. The rooms and infrastructure need significant investment. Overall fine and decent value if you plan to be out all day.

Excellent stay. All the staff (reception, restaurant, children's activity center, bar, maintenance staff, etc.) are always courteous, smiling, and efficient. Special mention goes to the children's activity center, which allows you to leave your children for a few hours (or the whole day if you wish) to have fun safely while you ski or enjoy other activities. Full board is a must so you don't have to worry about meals and can relax. The only slight drawback is the access to the slopes (a 15-minute walk with some elevation gain), but the shuttle service from reception to the slopes is excellent. Special mention to Jules, the lovely Intersport shuttle driver.
