Rosegarth Farm

Love this wee site. So very quiet and peaceful. Hope its still open after lockdown. This is just a wee site that has basic amenities, Egremont is just 10 minutes away with shops, takeaways and pubs, only about £5 for a taxi.

Simple campsite. No fancy facilities but does the basics perfectly with clean toilets, shower and washing up facilities. Two bits of advice. (1) Campsite is now called Ellergill Raise with info on the UKcampsite website (2) Trust Google Maps directions, as site is tucked away without any big signage.

It is a beautiful camping site! All the facilities very clean, I loved the shower! Very close to Nethertown train station, so easy to travel by train to Seascale and St Bees.
