The apartment is supposed to be for 6 people, but there weren't enough cutlery or chairs. We complained, and they brought us more. No chairs, though, and we weren't the only ones, since a neighbor came to ask us for a chair, and we told him we were short of them too. The sofa bed was a disaster. The slats were coming loose, and the sofa was literally sagging. Imagine trying to sleep two people on it: impossible. There weren't even enough pillows. The shower is a nightmare; you have to be careful because the water pressure is very high, and the shower screen doesn't cover the entire tub, so if you're not careful, you end up soaking everything. The bedrooms were quite dirty, and so was the kitchen. The oven was literally uncleaned, with food scraps in it... Awful. There's never anyone there to pick up the keys. They're supposed to give you a code, but they don't send it by email; they send it via WhatsApp on the same day. So, you'd better have mobile data, otherwise you're screwed. Wi-Fi is charged per day, and you have to notify them and make a transfer. Then there's a very steep hill to get to the building; it'll leave you breathless climbing. On the plus side: you can park for free nearby; there's a decent parking lot that's usually not full; the views are nice; it's right next to the cable car; and for the price per night, you can't expect miracles.

The key handover was a disaster. They say reception is open until 10 pm, but there's nobody there all day. Our ski pass arrived after 10 am, so since we had lessons already paid for, we had to buy another one for the first day. The apartment was dirty, there was food left over from the previous guest in the fridge, the bathtub was full of hair, the walls were moldy, the TV remote didn't work, and neither did the oven. Etc., etc.

It's not bad for a few days' stay, but you can't get there by car; you have to park in a free parking lot down below, next to the cable car. There's a steep, uneven stone path leading up to the building (be careful of slipping and strollers), and there's no elevator. In short: access is quite difficult, but the apartment is nice.
