The rooms (in the lodge building) are big, nicely decorated, with magnificent view to the mountains. The staff it’s very helpful and very friendly - they make you feel welcome. Nice spa area - it worth to mention the heated pool and sauna experience. Last but not least staff in the restaurant works as a team and provide a wonderful service.

The facilities are very good, but the staff is very unfriendly. No one greets you with a "good morning." On top of that, I'm gluten intolerant and I told them repeatedly, and they served me a dish with gluten. I had symptoms all day, and when I contacted the staff, no one apologized; in fact, they blamed me. I won't come back here again.
