Ferma de la Casva

Really nice place with really welcoming people. The rooms were ok, and the water was hot, perfect after a long Via Transilvanica hike. My friend that came along with me was really excited to see the ponies. They also have a farm and young kids can ride ponies, the best part in my opinion is the food. I love food and the cabbage soup was out of this world! The meatballs and home made source was good, but that soup is something you can tell your grandkids. The host were just really nice and you can see they put passion into growing most of the food and it shows in the food that you eat. They had a nice palinca and a rare drink of bitter cherry Brandy, some of the tastiest drinks you can enjoy. The hosts were really accomodating in the context that we just encountered a lot of rain and really helped us out with the things we need to dry our stuff. I recommend coming here for the food.
