Hotel Niccoló V

Awful. Horrible. I am really surprised by the amount of rudeness and incivility. There is no support for customers and guests. They have new rules every day. Very strangely little cleaning and they don't even have towels for guests. They claim that the dry cleaners haven't given them towels for a week. It's better not to say anything about the conditions of the locker room and.... It's better not to say anything about the public filming and photography and no privacy either...

its nice, well maintained, nothing is included even if you stay at the hotel you pay for the pool. food is meh, service is meh, its more about the pool and spa which is passable. Good for a night stay, stayed the night they had a nice concert in the back of the hotel. Dont expect to be wowed by the menu or the food. Took taxi to town to eat at some great places.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Spacious room, good matress. Easy to keep to the light out in the morning. Great wifi, easy private parking. Great shower. Breakfast is fantastic, plenty of choices and cakes. Excellent service. Great outside pool (not included). The only negative point is the restaurant where we had dinner, expensive and bland food
