Casa Bini is a slice of heaven! When planning our gathering for 20 people, I had several key priorities that this property delivered on beautifully. 1. Prime Location & Accessibility Casa Bini's strategic location puts you within an hour of Tuscany's most celebrated destinations: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, and Vinci. This proximity proved invaluable for our group, as guests arriving from both the US and Europe could easily reach us from different airports while having numerous sightseeing options at their doorstep. 2. Accommodations The property offers exactly what large groups need: ample space for both gathering and privacy. Many seating areas for retreating and most importantly for me, every bedroom features a private bathroom – a crucial detail that eliminates morning queues and allows guests to settle in comfortably with their belongings spread out naturally. Exceptional Amenities The well-equipped kitchen and BBQ were a dream for our group's cooking enthusiasts, while the expansive outdoor seating areas became the heart of our evening gatherings. The stunning views, cypress-lined driveway, swimming pool, and thoughtful extras like air conditioning in the rooms, washing machine, ping pong table, hairdryers, and separate pool towels made our stay seamless. Delightful surprises included a sound system, piano, and even a projector for entertainment. The cold tap water was particularly appreciated during our stay in June 2025, when we weathered a heatwave with temperatures reaching 38-40°C. Outstanding Hospitality Housekeepers Esmeralda and Luis live discreetly next door, available when needed but never intrusive. Final Thoughts Casa Bini truly is a magical place for large groups. The photos online represent the property accurately, and the rustic charm combined with modern comforts creates an unforgettable Tuscan experience. For anyone seeking to host a special gathering in Italy, this property delivers on every front. About the road: The roads have been fixed. We had anything from a Troc, to an Audi Q2 to a Fiat Panda come up without any issues. Smooth rides.

Fantástic idílliac place! Amazing and private location with really good energy and View in top of the hill! All room are spacious and charming! If you looking for an authentic Tuscany Rural house “Casa Bini” is your place! We were a group of 14 people spending a fantastic long week end for a business meeting and we got the spirit that we were looking for! Michele, the host was taking care of us for everything and quickly responsive every time we need him during the stay! Massive villa with a lot of rooms. Has a large kitchen, outdoor patio with furniture and lighting, a pool and the host offered to cook pizzas for our group. The driveway up had deep ditches washed out by rain so make sure your car has plenty of clearance. Our VW T-Roc made it up but a Tesla Model S did not.
