Karblickhütte

There were four of us, plus our dog, staying at the Karblickhütte. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot with mountain views. The house has everything you need. However, it's a bit dated and somewhat chaotic and neglected in places. If that doesn't bother you, you can have a wonderful vacation here. One minor inconvenience was that one bedroom is a walk-through room to the bathroom. One more thing to note: There were two horses in the pasture you have to cross to get to the house. The horses chased and attacked our dog. It was sometimes a bit stressful and difficult to get past them.

Great cabin, extremely friendly landlord, two wood-burning stoves create a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space for two people and a dog, nice and quiet, and rustic. Fantastic sauna!! The two TVs are unnecessary :)

There were five of us. The cabin has electricity, hot water, an outdoor sauna, a microwave, and even a small washing machine. There are also two TVs (who needs them?). Perfect for a weekend, or even longer... A charming, rustic cabin for us. I'm deducting one star for the price. But that's a matter of personal taste, like anything else... But the cabin is highly recommended.
