ibis budget Saint-Brieuc Yffiniac

We have stayed here in the winter and it's basic but absolutely fine however our stay recently (august) highlighted a massive issue of no Aircon (despite the google listing stating it did have, we checked with reception and it doesn't) it was absolutely boiling!!!! There was no way to keep the window open as one of the beds is directly underneath and opening the window makes it inaccessible. Also you cannot draw the curtain blind with the window open and there was a spot light shining directly into it. Also so many mosquitos!!! Our group had 3 rooms and all the same issues. No one got much sleep.

A simple IBIS Budget. 3 beds, clean, small toilet, small shower but it works. Price was ok. 60 euro including the charge for our Golden retriever. Parking good nit sure why the hotel needs so many electric car charging points. There is two car parks one much bigger than the other but at night not easy to see there are two. Huge grass area ideal for pets. Well located of the motorway and close to Yffinac, so shops restaurant close by. Would stay again and recomend. The room was the hotel side not motorway side. Ok for one night.

We had a room for three people for one night; as it's close to the cycle trail it worked well. We had a double bed with a single bunk-bed over the head area of the bed. The double bed has a duvet but the single bed only had a wool blanket and sheets. The room smelt quite stinky of cigarettes. In the UK we are used to no smoking in any hotel, so we found this quite unpleasant. The double bed is quite long, which is good and fairly comfortable. For a budget hotel it did the job, but I wouldn't want to stay more than one night.
