The best hotel I have ever stayed at! All of the staff were so lovely and by the end of our 6 day stay, it felt like they really knew us! They remembered our breakfast order and things about us which made our stay even more personal. We stayed in twin room with half board for 6 nights and every day our beds were made and we had fresh towels and water. The breakfast had lots of choice and the dinner, a four course meal, was delicious every night. The hotel is so close to everything in the town, including the slopes. Our balcony was the finishing touch, where we could sit outside and view people ice skating and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back!

Me and my partner went to saas fee for our ski trip and stayed at hotel Bristol. We had such a brilliant time, the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, I’m sad I didn’t catch their names but there were two in particular who were honestly incredible. The location is brilliant, and the food also was so delicious ! Couldn’t recommend it enough- thanks for the best time!
