The place is amazing, very quiet, clean and everybody is nice but a big But because I think this is something they can work on... There is nothing to have a fresh drink, order some fresh simple food or just a FRIDGE! There is a coffee machine but no coffee to put in around the swimming pool! I think it's nothing to put a fridge when there is absolutly nothing to eat around lol.

The place was idyllic and the staff really friendly and helpful accommodation is basic but clean. pool was lovely .but the biggest drawback is the road into the fatorie actually a road is an exaggeration it is a badly rutted track.that aside we had a lovely stay and only for the access I would have given 4 stars

Very nice property but we were unfortunately super disappointed... The restaurant was close during our 2 days stay without any notice anywhere, no opportunity to have a glass of wine in the evening and the pool closes at 20... If we come back to San Gimignano we will choose another hotel.
