Gstaad - Swiss Hotel Apartments

Be Careful..Swisshotel are thieves. I made refundable booking mid September, without notice immediately the full amount was taken. My booking was for mid December, after 2 weeks I had plan change and cancelled my reservation. Over the next three month I have emailed, sent chat and even phone call, but they did not refund my money. After filing with my own bank a fraud complaint the bank was able to return the money in about a month... Just be careful with these people they are not clean business people.

A very pleasant hotel with a clean room and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal, quiet yet close to the city center. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
