Casa alle Vacche

We went for holiday with our extended family, so two of us came to Casa alle Vacche due to space issues, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. The hosts treated us like family including giving me a ride next to nearest town because there was no taxis, and coming late at night to rescue us after we managed to get locked outside the room with a lot of love. Plus we came the whole family (16 people) to have dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic! We also recommend on trying the wines from their winery! Best wine we had. We will definitely come back!!! Super recommended. P.s it is very hard to get around this place without a car fyi.

We only had dinner here, but it was excellent. We were seated outside in the warm evening air, and treated to a great meal. The Bistecca Fiorentina was perfect! The best we tried in Tuscany and very reasonably priced. The house red wine was also excellent. It's a bit "out of the way" down a dirt road that you'd never guess would end in such a perfect dining spot, but trust me, pass the mud, dodge the potholes and enjoy a fantastic meal!

We only got to visit for a wine tasting and it was such a great experience! The wine was delicious and paired with a tasty cheese & meat board, the team was extremely welcoming & knowledgeable, and the grounds were stunning. We strolled around a bit after our tasting and were so sad to leave when our taxi came to get us! Thanks again for a wonderful visit 😊
