The owner was very kind and friendly. there is a pet policy which was great for us, having an old cat that cannot be away from. The house was spacious and amazing, we had two bathrooms just for ourselves and a modern kitchen. We stayed for a month and every week the house was cleaned top to bottom. Internet was fast and the rooms were all warm (we stayed in October). The garden is well maintained and when it was sunny the outdoor table was very useful. When we had questions the owner was always available and solved any problems. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

TRIGGER WARNING I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service Despite having a confirmed booking, the owner cancelled my reservation simply because we were 30 minutes late. The staff’s attitude was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, making the situation even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, when I tried to find alternative accommodation as it was already past 10 pm, and i had nowhere to go with 6 years old child she callously dismissed us by stating that they were not a HOTEL SERVICE This lack of understanding and empathy towards customers is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The way I was treated by the owener feeling disrespected and stranded with no place to stay for the night WITH 6 YEARS OLD CHILD. I would strongly advise against booking with them if you value good customer service and basic human decency.

We’ve stayed in a fair few Air B and B/holiday rentals over the years; Louise without a shadow of a doubt has put more effort into welcoming and helping her guests than anyone we have stayed with before. House was absolutely immaculate; guest resources were detailed and clearly displayed; beds were super comfy with bedding that must have either been brand new or ironed perfectly. Really can’t recommend Louise’s place enough to other guests. Bravo - thanks for having us! K, R & F
