Highland Taste

Fantastic experience visiting the lesser known Balmenach Distillery where the delicious Caorunn gin is made. An informative, friendly and relaxed experience including seeing the distilling process, nosing each of the botanicals (including 5 Scottish, locally foraged ones) and finishing off with a generous G&T at the end. Flawless and enjoyable experience provided by the Highland Taste folks from start to finish. Having your itinerary all sorted, the local knowledge and the comfortable transport provided made it all the more worthwhile. Looking forward to booking with them again on more of their Scottish food and drink outings to discover more of these hidden gems. Highly recommended.
