We spent a night in this charming B&B. The owner was very kind and helpful, and the room was equipped with every comfort and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, close to Cisternino's historic center. We highly recommend it.

Terrible reception, with the owner even pretending to be a cleaner because she couldn't handle a simple request. First, she denied a May reservation for August, citing a broken phone. Then, she guaranteed the room was available at 2 PM. When we arrived, she made us wait in the August sun until 4 PM. She denied entry to my pocket chihuahua (and here, it's our fault because we didn't read the rules carefully). So, we looked for a place for the dog, but in the meantime, she let the room go to someone else, leaving us stuck outside. I've never been treated worse. Highly discouraged.
