Exceptional service from house keeping, Lonely Broccoli restaurant, the roof top bar, the reception, and those manning the meeting rooms all around. Everyone was so pleasant and felt genuine in trying to be helpful going above and beyond. The room has an interesting layout with a TV in between the bed and a comfortable lounge area. The curtains were electric and can be controlled with some buttons. The coffee and food are all very good at the hotel. It's located walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy and a very good steak house. 20 - 30 min drive to the old town. The pool, sauna, and stream room was one of the big highlights of the hotel - I wish I had more time to spend there. The lighting was serene and the cafe and quiet rooms were very therapeutic. I can see if I had more time I can spend the entire afternoon there. It would be nice if it closed later in the day. The gym is 24 hours and is very well maintained as well. For cons - some of my coworkers mentioned about not being able to fall asleep as their rooms can hear the train. For me personally I am not a big fan of the smell and the quality of the shampoo/ hair conditioner/lotion used at the hotel. This is just personal preference but I appreciate when some hotels use essential oil based products. The last minor thing is is the elevator was a bit confusing and some rooms require trekking through a bridge to get to according to my coworkers. I was traveling for business. And this hotel will be my default in the future. Spacious, quiet, and comfy rooms. Nice Spa area. One of the best breakfasts at this price class. Fast public transport/taxi connection to the city center.

Fantastic hotel - excellent service from the very friendly and attentive staff, very modern, well-equipped bedrooms, albeit with a slightly unusual layout and unnecessarily complicated lighting system. Pretty good gym (for a hotel) and stunning spa, with pool, saunas, and steam room. Breakfast was incredible, with excellent selection of fruits, yoghurts, cereals, meats, baked goods, and freshly prepared eggs. Highly recommended and will definitely return.
